The smartphone is packed with 4 GB, 6 GB RAM with 64 GB, 128 GB internal storage. The device runs on the Android 12 + One UI 4.1 operating system. It features A-GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS and USB Type-C 2.0.
Display and Camera
Samsung Galaxy M13 is equipped with a 6.6 inches PLS LCD that features a resolution of 1080 x 2408 pixels. The smartphone`s bezel-less display also comes with a 400ppi pixel density besides an aspect ratio of 20:9.
There is a 50MP Primary Camera, 5MP Utra-wide Angle Camera and a 2MP Depth Camera placed on the rear side of the Samsung Galaxy M13. Some of the main features of this triple-camera setup are Continuous Shooting, HDR mode, Face Detection, LED Flash and Digital Zoom. Besides, Samsung is also presenting an 8MP Selfie Shooter on the front.

The Galaxy M13 is powered by a Samsung Exynos 850 chipset and 4GB of RAM. A Mali-G52 GPU placed within offers exceptional graphics. It is also installed with a dual Cortex A55 processor that can perform at a speed of 2GHz.
A 6000mAh Li-ion type battery powers up the Samsung Galaxy M13, providing long-lasting talk time once fully charged.
Storage and Connectivity
Samsung has fitted a 64GB internal storage within the smartphone. Users will be able to expand this storage up to 1TB using a microSD card. Connectivity options included within are Bluetooth v5.0, USB Type-C, A-GPS, 4G VoLTE, 3.5mm Audio Jack and WiFi.
