Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for your purchase. Refunds for change of mind will not be accepted. However, if you find any malfunction or faults with your purchased product, you may return it to us for an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Exchange Process
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] or contact: 077 748 9289. We will guide you on how to make your returns. If you are returning via courier service, Place the item securely in its original packaging and Purchase Invoice from Celltronics, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process you an exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Â Â Â Tempered Glass
- Â Â Â Phone Covers
- Â Â Â Non-warranty Products
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange an exchange.
The limited warranty for cellular phones is valid for twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase, covering manufacturer warranty.
Where applicable, the warranty may be extended for an additional twelve (12) months, making a total warranty period of twenty-four (24) months.
The second year warranty provided by Celltronics covers software-related issues only.
The limited warranty for accessories and battery packs is valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
