At Celltronics, we are committed to providing high-quality products backed by reliable warranty support. This Warranty Policy explains the coverage provided, customer responsibilities, and service procedures applicable to products purchased from Celltronics.

Warranty service is valid only upon presentation of the original purchase invoice issued by Celltronics.

1. Warranty Coverage Overview

General Device Warranty

Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase:

  • 1st Year: Hardware & Software Warranty Coverage

  • 2nd Year: Celltronics Software Warranty Coverage Only

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials, components, and system functionality occurring under normal consumer use.

Accessories Warranty

All accessories sold by Celltronics carry a 6 months or One (1) Year Limited Warranty , unless otherwise specified on the product or invoice.

3. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within seven (7) days from the invoice date, Celltronics will provide a brand-new replacement unit, subject to technical inspection and approval by authorized service personnel.

This policy applies only to verified manufacturing faults and does not cover physical or accidental damage.

4. What Is Not Covered by Warranty

The limited warranty does not cover damages or failures resulting from:

  • Accidental damage, drops, impact, or mishandling

  • Liquid or moisture exposure

  • Power surges or use of incompatible chargers or accessories

  • Unauthorized repairs, opening, or modification of the device

  • Installation of unauthorized or modified software

  • Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by negligence or improper usage

  • Issues arising from third-party applications or unsupported software

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth warranty service and protect personal data, customers must comply with the following responsibilities:

  • You should make periodic backup copies of all information stored on your device’s storage media to safeguard against operational failures.

  • Prior to receiving warranty service, Celltronics may require:

    • Valid proof of purchase

    • Product and purchase verification details

    • Customer cooperation in diagnostic procedures

Before submitting your product for service, you must:

  • Maintain a separate backup copy of all data

  • Remove all personal or confidential information

  • Disable passwords, screen locks, and security protections

Failure to complete these steps may delay warranty processing.

6. Data Protection & Software Disclaimer

During warranty service:

  • Device storage media may be deleted, reset, or reformatted as part of the repair process.

  • Celltronics shall not be responsible for any loss of software programs, applications, data, or personal information stored on the device.

After completion of warranty service:

  • The product or replacement unit will be returned in its original factory configuration, subject to applicable system updates.

  • Software updates may be installed during servicing which may prevent reverting to earlier software versions.

  • Third-party applications may become incompatible following system updates.

Customers are responsible for reinstalling all software, applications, data, and information.

Recovery, backup, or reinstallation of data and software is not covered under warranty.

7. Warranty Service Process

Warranty service will be provided after inspection and confirmation of the defect by authorized technicians.

Celltronics reserves the right to:

  • Repair the product using new or equivalent refurbished parts, or

  • Replace the product when repair is not feasible.

All warranty decisions are final following technical evaluation.

8. General Warranty Terms

  • Warranty coverage begins from the original invoice date.

  • Warranty applies only to products purchased from Celltronics.

  • Warranty is non-transferable unless supported by valid proof of purchase.

  • Service timelines may vary depending on parts availability and diagnostic requirements.
