Track your weekly activity with one simple number. Active Score uses heart rate data and MET values (Metabolic Equivalent of Task) to combine activity intensity and total movement, giving you a reflection of your overall physical activity.

The score updates every day and after each session, so you can see how each effort adds up. Whether it’s walking, weight training or interval runs, it gives you a clear picture of progress. The weekly goal is 100, a simple benchmark aligned with global health standards to help keep you moving, consistently.

Assistance is always a tap away. With ChatGPT* integrated directly into Watch 3 Pro, you can ask questions, get facts and plan your day using natural-language prompts. Just lift your wrist and speak. No need to reach for your phone.

Recording transcription

Capture inspiration as it happens. The built-in voice recorder on Watch 3 Pro lets you save ideas, meeting notes or to-do reminders instantly, for up to 30 minutes at a time. Once synced with the Nothing X app, your recordings are transcribed into text so you can easily find and read them. It’s a simple tool to stay sharp, and be prepared, whether you’re working or just thinking out loud.
